For a long time — more than weeks, I'm talking months — I've been having a recurring dream that, over time, delivers me more and more detail. Sometimes, it picks up from a part I've dreamed about on a different night and shows me something new. Other times, I'm in a completely different scenario and then suddenly, I'm thrust into that familiar situation, with the exact person who's recognizable and yet unfamiliar, all at the same time. But there are always the same two constants in this persistent dream: a figure who's a mix of emotion (their vibe comes across as excited, fearful, doubtful and slightly nervous) holding an object that they normally wouldn't be holding... But it's something that looks oddly natural in their hands. Like this was something they were always meant to have. Why is it YOU, your name, that I keep coming back to once I awake? The first time it happened, I didn't think much of it — "Likely, it's just a coincidence." But it keeps occurring! I'm not a scholar in the graduated sense, but even I can see what this is spelling out: Joann, my dream is speaking of you. And if you find your interest piqued — to the point you'd like to know WHAT the mysterious person in my dream is holding — then I think you owe it to your own curiosity to read on!
