| Joann, what I'm about to relay to you is some intense information — I hope you're sitting (or at the very least in a space where you won't have to hide or downplay your reaction when you read this!). It's been hard for me these past few months, as I've had to sit back and watch as your situation has grown more dire with each passing day.
