Michele 'Luna' Jackson, a high school junior, was reported missing late Sunday. A 21-year-old man from Gowrie has been charged with abuse of a corpse for allegedly hiding the body to conceal a crime. The man was found near the scene covered in apparent blood and in possession of the girl's personal items. Police have now charged him with first-degree murder. Cybercrime Pennsylvania Man Pleads Guilty to Falsely Reporting Bomb Threat Against University of Iowa 2024-09-24 A Pennsylvania man has pleaded guilty in federal court to two counts of interstate and foreign communication of a threat to injure. The man, Matthew Gabriel, 25, falsely reported a bomb threat against the University of Iowa and provided a fake 'tip' of an international killing spree, allegedly spurred by a disagreement with another person in a fantasy football group. Prosecutors said Gabriel's actions were 'extremely disruptive and consumed significant law enforcement resources on two continents, diverting them from actual incidents and investigations.'
