He then exited the vehicle with a pellet gun, pointed it at the officers, and was fatally shot. The attorney's office determined the officers' use of deadly force was justified. Madison Police Seek Man with Arrest Warrant 2024-09-25Madison police are trying to locate Jeffery D. Briggs, a black male who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 259 pounds.
