Green, who had a lengthy criminal history, shot and injured two officers before being killed in the exchange of gunfire. The review found that the officers reasonably believed Green posed a serious and immediate threat to their lives and that deadly force was required to stop the threat. No criminal charges will be filed against the officers involved.
