Two Arrested in Des Moines Drive-By Shooting 2024-12-20Des Moines police have arrested two individuals in connection with a drive-by shooting incident earlier this week. 19-year-old Bryan Rainey has been charged with multiple counts related to the shooting, which saw a home in the Watrous Heights neighborhood hit by nearly a dozen bullets. During the investigation, officers also detained 18-year-old Hamid Lula, who was found to be in illegal possession of two firearms.
