Crime High-Speed Chase Leads to Charges for Intoxicated Driver 2025-06-16 An 18-year-old man, E. Torres, is facing several charges after leading the Iowa State Patrol on a high-speed chase on Saturday. Court records show Torres was driving 114 miles per hour on Interstate 35 in central Iowa.
