Marvelli, 27, has been charged with making threats of terrorism and harassment after authorities say he threatened to 'shoot the place up' at Methodist West Hospital in West Des Moines on Tuesday. According to a criminal complaint, when Marvelli did not receive the desired treatment, he told a nurse he was going to leave, get a gun, and come back to 'shoot the place up.'
